Hungdeok temple site bronze gong

As a result of Hungdeok temple site's excavation, the following was unearthed.

 Hungdeok temple site's bronze gong
  The bronze gong engraved with was excavated from the damaged site and was also burned. However the fact that informs the name of the temple site makes it an invaluable relic. Currently it is hard to distinguish the front and the back of the bronze gong, however, one side is engraved with vine design and the other with lotus flower design. The side which is engraved with words is divided into left and right by rising lines, and above the lines a loop is hanging. The engraved words ,which begins below the loop was written in correct letters. Only 15 letters are left but it is assumed that the name of the people that made donations were written below. Judged by the fact that it followed the traditional Shilla style, the place name , the manufactured day of bronze gong, , is assumed to be the 5th year of Goryeo king Gwangjong's reign(954). Current gong 's size is 36cm long and 11cm wide
